Touch-Driven Performance Meets Wireless Freedom

The Snom D895M takes the D8xx series to a new level, featuring a high-resolution 8-inch touchscreen that enables particularly intuitive operation and brilliant, detailed displays. The generous display area makes navigating through contacts, functions and call information much easier, thereby ensuring more efficient workflows in day-to-day office life. 56 SmartLabel touch buttons (14 per page) with multi-coloured LEDs offer maximum flexibility for custom configuration and provide clear, visual guidance – even in demanding usage scenarios.


The integrated DECT handset significantly expands the desk phone’s functionality and allows for cordless use with a range of up to 50 metres. Combined with integrated Bluetooth 5.0 and dual-band Wi-Fi, the Snom D895M meets all the requirements of modern workplace connectivity and supports seamless working in hybrid and dynamic environments. Hearing aid compatibility also ensures barrier-free use and underlines its claim to universal applicability.

At the same time, the Snom D895M sets new standards in sustainability and hygiene: as with most Snom desk phones, the housing is made from eco-friendly, recycled plastic, and the antibacterial surface offers additional protection in everyday use. Overall, the Snom D895M combines advanced technology, wireless freedom and sophisticated design in an elegant, professional desk phone that meets the highest standards.

Equipped for every requirement

With 56 SmartLabel touch keys (14 per page) and support for up to 3 connectable expansion modules, the D895M meets every expectation of a powerful desk phone with an intuitive user interface.

Maximum flexibility

The integrated cordless DECT handset enables maximum freedom of movement in the office (up to 50 metres) and ensures flexible availability even away from the desk. It combines classic telephony with mobile use without compromising quality, supporting efficient work in dynamic and hybrid working environments.

Brilliant 8" HD colour display – see clearly, act faster

The large 8" HD touch display delivers razor-sharp visuals and enables particularly intuitive, fast and error-resistant operation in everyday work. The screen tilts by up to 40° for the ideal viewing angle, reduces distracting reflections and noticeably enhances comfort. Antibacterial housing

The device has antibacterial housing, which is certified according to the Japanese JIS-Z2801 and thus does not provide a breeding ground for bacteria.

 

Bluetooth

This device has Bluetooth headset support.

 

DECT

This device communicates using the radio standard for telecommunications called DECT (Digital Enhanced Cordless Telecommunications).

 

Expansion module connectable

To have additional speed dial or BLF keys available on your desk phone, this device can be supplemented with expansion modules.

 

Gigabit Ethernet

This device has a Gigabit network input and an output (switch) for connecting a computer.

 

HD audio

This device supports with its hardware and the supported codecs, the highest audio quality.

 

IPv6 & IPv4

This device supports both Internet Protocol version 4 (IPv4) and IPv6.

 

Light sensor

This device has a sensor that measures the light in the environment. Based on this, the display brightness and thus the power consumption can be regulated.

 

On-screen smart labels

This device has, instead of a second display for the display of the freely programmable function keys (e.g. BLF), a display of the same in the main display in Smart Label format.

 

OpenVPN

This desk phone can be upgraded to an OpenVPN client with an additional firmware upgrade to connect it to an OpenVPN server.

 

Power over Ethernet (PoE)

This device can receive its power from a connected network cable, provided that the network switch used supports this and has enough power to supply all connected devices.

 

Plug & Play

This device comes with Plug & Play. This means you can use accessories connected via USB without rebooting the phone.

 

Security (TLS & SRTP)

This device supports all common security protocols, such as TLS, SIPS, SRTP, etc.

 

Telephone directory

This device has an integrated phone book.

 

Touchscreen

This device can be operated with the fingers directly on the display.

 

USB port

This device has at least one USB port.

 

Wi-Fi

The device has integrated Wi-Fi.

Corded

The corded headsets from Snom are equipped with extra long cables for maximum freedom and offer with their ergonomic design for fatigue-free wearing comfort in daily use.

Cordless

Snom's cordless headsets use DECT wireless technology, which allows you to work comfortably and with both hands free in and around the workplace.

Make it your phone

Snom desk phones can be highly customised. In addition to being able to customise the phone's user interface (UI), most models can also be physically customised.

  • UI personalisation - software customisation
    For all Snom desk phones with a colour display, screen backgrounds, title and selection bars, and menu structures can be customised in terms of content and colour. In addition, all devices can use individual ringtones.
     
  • Corporate branding - changing the hardware
    Some phones of the Snom D7xx series can be printed with your own logo. In addition, you can receive almost all devices with individual key labelling and also order any plastic part (housing, handset, telephone cable) in an individual colour.
