Becoming a Snom Partner is so easy

 

To become a member of the Snom Partner Program, only a few steps are necessary. The requirements for the first level, to become a "Registered" partner, are very low. Additional conditions are attached to the "Silver" and "Gold" levels.

 

 

Requirements of the Partner Status

Requirements:

  • You must be a reseller.
  • Completion of the Snom Product Training (SPT) is recommended.

Requirements:

  • You must be a reseller.
  • Annual sales of Snom products by agreement.
  • At least one employee of your company must qualify as a Snom Certified Technician (SCT).

Requirements:

  • You must be a reseller.
  • Annual sales of Snom products by agreement.
  • At least one employee of your company must qualify as a Snom Certified Engineer (SCE).

Become a Partner step by step

The following steps are taken in the registration process with our team

 

Go to our Partner Portal website:
https://partner.snom.com

Click on "Register" and fill out the registration form.

A "verification email" is sent from the system. This means the registration has been received and a Snom employee is checking it.

After verification, a "confirmation email" is sent and a "welcome call" is arranged at the same time.

  • During this call, further details such as contact persons, bank details or delivery addresses are recorded.
  • Furthermore, information about the Snom products sold and the partner's customers are matched for better understanding.
  • The respective partner status and its benefits as well as conditions are discussed and it is examined what the perspective on one of the statuses would be. As a rule, the "Registered" status is granted at the beginning of the partnership.
  • The following is a brief look at the Partner Portal, the Help Desk and the Snom Service Hub

After this call, an e-mail is sent to the partner as a summary with the required links and also logos.

Once everything has fallen into place, we are delighted to welcome a new Partner on board.

Training at Snom

With the Snom Academy courses, Snom offers its partners a platform to deepen knowledge and find ideas for use cases as well as help with troubleshooting in everyday life.
