The Snom M250 base station is a powerful single‑cell solution, fully compatible with all devices in the Snom M5x series. Available as part of the Snom M253 or Snom M256 bundle, it enables highly flexible adaptation to a wide range of workplace requirements. In addition to the Snom M53, Snom M55 and Snom M56 handsets, the popular Snom M58 DECT desk phone can also be connected wirelessly. This makes the Snom M250 a unified and scalable communication platform for both mobile and desk‑based employees.

Supporting up to 10 devices and eight simultaneous calls, the base station is perfectly suited for retail environments, branch offices, hospitality, medical facilities, as well as workshops and warehouse operations.

The Snom M250 base station offers state‑of‑the‑art security and management features, including secure VoIP protocols such as TLS and SRTP, remote provisioning, OTA updates, a central LDAP phonebook and automatic configuration. The device also features an antibacterial housing and Power over Ethernet (PoE).

Maximum flexibility

The Snom M250 single-cell base station supports all handsets in the Snom M5x series – from the Snom M53/M55/M56 to the Snom M58 DECT desk phone – thereby providing a seamless, scalable communication solution for both mobile and desk-based workstations.

The latest firmware for your Snom device can be found at the link below. When updating, please follow all safety instructions and take into account which firmware version is currently permitted by the PBX you are using.
