Snom introduces a simple and efficient support tool to ensure Snom partners can respond to their customers in a timely manner
Snom has enhanced its Help Desk with a new online platform that provides registered users with online troubleshooting guidance for common issues. It allows Snom partners to create and track new support tickets by logging in and clicking on the new support ticket link.
