Snom deploy Salesforce customer relationship management (CRM) to provide improved sales communications and greater marketing focus
Snom Technology, a leading developer of IP Telephones today announced that they have extended their use of Salesforce from the Berlin Headquarters and US office to Worldwide deployment. Salesforce is deployed as a customer relationship management solution aimed at enhancing the relationship between Snom and their sales partners and is part of the new Snom initiative to improve sales communications and ensure that their sales partners have all the tools they need to best support and sell the full range of Snom’s professional telephone handsets.
Initially Snom are using salesforce as an tool for automated partner communications and to monitor partner activity, but the vision is to use it not only as a sales pipeline tool but also as the primary source of forecasting and monitoring partner and sales and marketing team performance.
Salesforce is a cloud based CRM system and is recognised as the leading product in the market and it’s adoption by Snom is another clear demonstration of Snom’s determination to invest in the technology need to provide the Snom sales team and sales partners with the best possible tools to support the business.
