Last year's successful introductions of the snom 360 and snom 320 set the pace. This year, CeBIT visitors will have opportunity to try out the snom 300 - latest in snom's complete line of SIP-based business telephones. The , snom 300 was designed primarily with user-friendliness, standards-based security and affordability security in mind. "Security features like SRTP and SIPS, which protect against eavesdroppers, data theft and spam, are lacking in most VoIP telephones in the price segment around 100 Euros," stresses sales and marketing director Dr. Michael Knieling. "That's the niche the snom 300 aims to fill."

Highly flexible, the snom 300 offers six user-, admin- or service-provider-configurable function keys, which can be assigned to actuate menu functions or allocate trunk lines, guaranteeing optimal alignment of functionality with application and user preferences.
