Revocation Instructions
Right to Cancel
You may revoke your contract declaration within a month without giving reasons by sending a written notice of cancellation (e.g., letter, fax, e-mail) or by returning the product. The cancellation period shall commence at the earliest upon receipt of this instruction. To meet the deadline the revocation or the object must be mailed within the cancellation period. Consequences of the Revocation
In case of an effective revocation the mutually received goods and services and/or payments and any capitalized use (e.g., interest) must be returned. If you cannot return the goods and services in whole or in part or only in a deteriorated condition you are obliged to compensate us insofar. This is not applicable in the case of products whose deterioration has been caused solely by an examination as it would have been possible in a store or shop. To avoid the obligation to pay compensation do not use the product(s) as an owner would and refrain from doing anything that may diminish their value. Products that can be sent by parcel or package must be sent back. You are obliged to pay the postage costs for the return if the delivered merchandize conforms to the ordered merchandize and if the purchase price of the product to be returned does not exceed 40 EUROs or, in case of a higher-priced product, if at the time of the revocation you have not made payment in full or in part, as provided in the contract. In all other cases the return of the product(s) is free of charge for you. Products that cannot be sent by parcel post will be picked up at your address. Obligations to pay monetary compensations must be fulfilled by you within 30 days upon the mailing of your revocation declaration.
