snoms Service Provider Partner Program
snom Service Provider Partner are snom tested SIP-provider. They allow the connectivity between SIP-phone and the public switched classical phone network. The basic Level offers the main features of a classical phone line, while the advanced level for hosted/virtual PBX is.
snom has two achievable certification levels:
The basic Service Provicer level concentrates on basic call functionality. It is important that the interop system handles SIP according to the standard.
The functionality includes the following cases:
- Call Origination
- Call Termination (calls are terminated correctly)
- Call failure handling
- Hold - Unhold a call
- DTMF functionality
The advanced Service Provider level is targeted on PBX functionality. Advanced features as transfer, Music on Hold, etc. are required to work, to get this certification level. With a partner gaining this level you can be assured that the following tested functionality works smoothly.
Additional to the basic Service Provider tests the following functions undergo a testing:
- VoiceMail integration
- attended/unattended transfer
- Music on Hold
- Busy lamp field
