The new Helpdesk Portal has been launched:

Navigate to our secure website "https://support.snom.com" and follow these steps:

  1. You have to register once. There will be a captcha verification for account validation.
  2. If you already have an account just log in with the credentials sent to you by e-mail before.

Once logged into the portal you can

  1. View all your existing tickets or create new replies.
  2. Submit a new ticket
