  2. On First Level Support requests (e.g. configuration, usage, operation) please contact your vendor/ distributor (snom partner) via e-mail or phone.
  3. On Second/Third Level Support- requests (complex technical problems, bug reports, feature requests) please contact us via the following contact form.
