Difference between Expansion Module V1.0 and V2.0
The Expansion Module V2.0 has been available since the end of 2007.
The new module allows to daisy-chain up to three expansion modules; all three modules must be V2.0 models. To be able to recognize the new expansion module, the phone needs to run at least FW Version 6.5.15 or 7.1.30.
To differentiate V1.0 and V2.0 you must check the box or the label. The difference hard/soft keys is NOT an indication of the version, as Module V1.0 was also produced with hard keys.
