Training focuses
The training will be developed using the Digium Asterisk Appliance 50, an embedded Asterisk based IP-PBX, with a GUI for system configuration.
Operating both on the GUI and on the configuration files, we’ll see how to configure in a proper manner the PBX basics, using the Snom 3xx series phones.
In the main part of the training we’ll cover several aspects about the Snom Phones:
- Phones configuration as PBX extensions to make and receive calls
- Mailbox use and configuration
- Extension status and BLF configuration
- Pickup features and its application
- Paging feature
- Other
