Next-Gen VoIP Sound for Business

• snom klarVOICE will debut at the Channel Partners Show -  new high fidelity VoIP handset technology that offers SMBs and enterprises unique next generation wideband VoIP sound for crystal clear communications. snom klarVOICE, which can be adapted to any snom VoIP telephone using the latest release of its firmware in conjunction with a new specially designed handset, captures more than twice the spectrum of voice frequencies than standard phones enabling phone conversations with greater clarity and richness. snom klarVOICE handset works with the codec G.722 resulting in a much higher fidelity voice call, more akin to talking to someone in the same room rather than over a phone.

Mobility

• The snom m3 IP DECT phone expands snom’s SIP phone portfolio beyond the desktop with a new mobile VoIP phone that features an elegant design and advanced mobility without compromising audio quality. The snom m3 is the company’s first cordless offering and provides an optimal VoIP communication system for the home office, SMB or enterprise. With an indoor range of 164 feet and an outdoor range of 328 feet, the snom m3 is an expandable system with multiline functionality for up to eight handsets – allowing for up to three parallel calls at time. It has a 128 x 128 pixel color display with backlight function and operates for 10 hours talk time or 100 hours standby. Additional features include three-way conference calls, call transferring, music while on hold, call forwarding, and speed dialing with an address book allowing up to 100 entries.

Unified Communications

• snom Open Communications Solution (snom OCS edition) integrates snom 3XX series VoIP phones with Microsoft® Office Communications Server 2007. The special software release enables snom SIP phone users to access the full range of advanced collaboration and real-time communications features in Microsoft ® Office Communications Server 2007 including presence, instant messaging, web conferencing, file sharing and enhanced call management features. snom’s 3xx series (snom 300, 320, 360 and 370) are the industry’s premier, business-class, SIP VoIP phones and feature a global executive design and styling with a large, high-resolution greyscale display screen, programmable function keys and advanced business calling features.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

• The snom Flexor Manager™ software from Camrivox is a computer telephony integration (CTI) solution. It offers a new way to integrate IP Telephony and On Demand customer relationship management (CRM) “mash ups” by enabling users to converge IP telephony with MS Outlook or On Demand Business Process Applications; such as Salesforce.com from a users’ PC. The result of this CTI-solution are powerful features such as click-to-dial, contact pop-up screens, call reporting, and on screen telephony control, making it possible to use these  CRM customization tools to manage all sales activities and enhancing employee productivity. snom Flexor Manager™ is a web based-based application that works in conjunction with users’ PC and requires no additional  infrastructure change is necessary.
