Die Basic Zertifizierung legt dabei besonderes Augenmerk auf eine funktionierende
- Abwicklung von Anrufen (Rufaufbau und vor allem sauberes Rufende),
- Fehlerbehandlung bei Anrufen,
- Halten/Makeln,
- DTMF Funktionalität.
